For an existing order, include your project ID and a short description of the issue. Do not send private access keys, bank details or card numbers.
Check an existing project
Open My project and restore your saved access file if needed. The private workspace shows preflight, payment and report status. Email delivery notifications are not currently enabled.
If you lose the key, we must verify the relevant transaction and identity before discussing private project details. A project ID alone is not authorization to access a quote.
Refunds and privacy requests
Read the refund terms before submitting a request. Refunds are processed through the original payment provider. For deletion requests, identify the project and specify the data you want removed; financial records may be retained for accounting and disputes.

Before you upload a quote
We currently support unsigned US ground-level concrete paver backyard patios. Driveways, retaining walls, pools, raised decks and structural design are outside the pilot. Use the scope check form for supported projects and redact unnecessary personal information.
