What we collect

Project dimensions, ZIP code, assumptions, your consent timestamp and uploaded quote files. Please redact unrelated personal information before uploading. The payment providers process payment details on their own hosted pages; this application does not store card numbers.

Who can see your quote

Authorized operators review the original files and write your report. Project access uses a private key, saved in your browser. It is not a public report link. The pilot does not send your quote to an AI service.

Retention

Unpaid quote files expire after 7 days. Paid quote files and the project workspace expire 30 days after payment. A scheduled cleanup runs hourly; outages can delay physical deletion. Reports, dimensions, ZIP codes and access-key hashes are erased at workspace expiry. Download your report before then.

Minimal transaction records (provider IDs, amount, currency and payment status) remain for accounting and disputes. Provider records follow the provider’s own retention policy. This pilot uses local storage for project access, without third-party analytics cookies.
